PLEASE READ: Rose Colored Prints - Bus Policy

•  I am not officially affiliated with the K-pop group, label, or management company. 
•  Use of this service does not guarantee any special benefits such as priority entry, artist interactions, or official merchandise. 

•  By purchasing a ticket, passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the shuttle operator, its staff, and partners against any claims, losses, or damages arising from use of this service. 
• We may capture photos/videos for promotional use during trips. If you do not wish to be included, please inform staff prior to boarding. 

• Trip Duration: Approx. 3-4 hours (one way)
• Departure Time: 9:00 AM 
• Departure Location: 4102 Aldine Mail Rt Road. Houston, TX 77039
  

Grace Period: We allow a 30-minute grace period (until 9:30 AM). 

After that, the bus departs, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
 

• Reservations must be made in advance via our booking site.
• A  $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat.
• Remaining balance must be paid one week before the trip.
  

Accepted Payments: Credit/debit cards. Please ask me for other payment methods like PayPal, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle.

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
• No refunds for no-shows or missed departures.
• In the rare case we must cancel a trip (e.g., concert cancelation, severe weather or low enrollment), a full refund will be issued.

• All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No unaccompanied minors allowed.

To keep the vibes high and drama low:

• Be respectful—no disruptive or rude behavior, loud music (use headphones), or harassment of other passengers.
• Keep the bus environment clean and tidy. Use trash bags to throw away items.
• Be mindful of personal space and avoid physical contact with other passengers unless invited (e.g., don’t grab someone's merch or bag). 
• No smoking or vaping on board.
• No alcohol or drugs permitted.
• No stealing. You will be blacklisted from attending future trips.
  

Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

We want these trips to be unforgettable for the right reasons. Let’s all be kind, considerate, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any passenger violating these rules or causing disruption.
 

• Please leave first 4 seats in the front open for any disabilities or elderly passengers. 
• Seats are first come, first served unless otherwise stated.
• We encourage early arrival if you want to sit with friends or secure a specific seat.

• Each passenger may bring:
  
  • Small carry-on bags (fits under seat or overhead)
  • Oversized Luggage (suitcase/large bags) can be stored under the bus.  

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please keep valuables with you. 
  • If items are left behind after the trip, I can do my best to ask if anything was found. 
  • Make sure to double check your belongings once back in Houston.
     

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
• We will communicate any major delays or changes via email/text.
