Most products put into production will have a pre-order period. This time period will help fund the items.
Yes, if you order during the pre-order period you are guaranteed the item and special perks.
Pre-orders can start from two week until a month depending on the product.
Once pre-orders are closed, the products can go into production. Keep in mind that all items can take a while to be produced.
At the moment, I cannot give out refunds once you submit and pay for your order. If their was any missing products or mix up on the order, then please contact me asap.
Depending on the interest for the group I am able to host one. Most of the time I need more than 30 people interested to plan the trip.
All bus trips are $100 per person. When booking, there is a $50 non refundable deposit fee.
I will create a group chat on Instagram for updates and send details for the second payment fee. It will be a google form where I accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
Yes, all attendees will receive a small tote bag, acrylic holder, keychain, sticker, and wristband.
If plans don't work out, I will do my best to find someone to replace your seat and get back your $50 deposit fee. If it is too last minute, the $50 fee will not be refunded. I will provide the bus trip gift items if you would like.
Yes, once VIP details are released I make sure to check the times and modify departure time depending on the details.
There is a yellow fenced gated grass area where I put all the cars in. There are security cameras around the area. Please do not leave your cars parked in the Check Cashing Store or near by restaurants.
Yes, once the concert is over and VIP perks ends we depart back to Houston. There will be only 1 stop to the closest Bucees to change into different clothes or grab some food/snacks.
Yes, there are two stops during the trip to bucees. One to grab food (20 mins max) and the next one to switch to concert outfits (30 mins max).
Yes, please remember to bring any travel items like backpack with concert essentials, blanket, pillow, snacks, freebies, etc. There is overhead space to put your belongings.
The bus will be parked at the venue. It will be running AC until doors open for the concert. You are free to go get merch or get freebies then come back. The bus driver will sometimes lock the door after everyone is off the bus for the concert. Make sure to grab everything you need once you head the the venue.
I ship from Houston, Texas. Packages can be sent anywhere in the USA and international.
Basic shipping is $4+. For bigger items like hoodies or bulk orders they can range from $6-$12+ due to weight. USPS pricing can rise during busy seasons.
Due to multiple orders, please know it takes about 2-4+ days to process and ship your order. It does take around 2-5 days for packages to arrive once they left the postal office.
Yes, I send all tracking information via the email you submit in your order.
USPS is the carrier I use to send packages. They tend to be unpredictable and I cannot guarantee what will happen after they leave my location. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur during transit.
All shirts and hoodies come in size S-2XL. Feel free to contact me for smaller or larger sizes.
Shirts are made out of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Hoodies are made out of 100% cotton.
Most of our clothing should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat.
I recommend starting in the Youth sizing which is YS-YXL then going up two sizes. EX) You are normally a size L, go up two sizes from YL which is a XS/S.
If you order in the adult sizing which is XS-5XL go back 2 sizes. Ex) You are normally a 2XL, go back two sizes and get a Large.
